The use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions.

DVD Regions and Formats

Our DVDs are coded Region All which means they can be played in any country provided you are using a region-free DVD player. Many new DVD players are region-free. Check your player manual if you are unsure. DVDs may be in one of two TV picture formats: PAL or NTSC. Please note that our DVDs are only available in the PAL format. Countries that use PAL format include Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and most of Europe. Countries that use NSTC include North America, parts of South America, Japan, Mexico, South Korea and Taiwan. PAL DVDs will only work if your TV and DVD player are PAL compatible. Many newer TVs and DVD players are both PAL and NTSC compatible and will play either PAL or NTSC DVDs. Check your TV and DVD player manual if you are unsure.

Pricing

Different prices apply depending on whether the item(s) are intended for use by: (1) Individual (2) School, college or community group (3) Public library or non-government organisation (4) University, government library or department Please select the pricing option that is applicable for the intended use. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All purchases made by customers from within Australia include the Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Currency Converter

All prices are displayed by default in Australian Dollars (AUD). The store contains a currency converter for the convenience of customers. Please note that prices converted into currencies other than Australian dollars are indicative only and may vary slightly when final price is provided to you by PayPal upon check out.

Payment

Payment within the store is by PayPal, Visa Card, Master Card or Discovery Card only. Your payment will be processed when Item(s) are available and ready for dispatch. No item(s) will be dispatched until payment has been cleared by PayPal or our bank.

Returns Policy

You may return any item you purchase when the item is faulty, it has been damaged in transit or you have received the wrong item as a result of an error on our part provided that all such claims are made within 30 days of purchase date. No claims will be considered after this period. To arrange a return please visit our Contact Us page and write to us requesting a return and detailing the circumstances of your request.

Shipping

Items are shipped to most territories worldwide. While we endeavour to provide accurate shipping information, the exact time it will take for a purchase to reach you is beyond our control and therefore shipping days are provided as estimates only.
