Perth likes to boast the highest proportion of self made millionaires of any capital city in the world, usually a result of the boom and bust of the State’s resource sector. Yet Western Australia proudly claims a rich diversity when it comes to business success. Three of the last five Australian Entrepreneurs of the Year are from WA, and none were from mining.

In this series we spend a year in Boomtown following seven high flyers from a rich mix of industries.
